Quick-start guide
Thanks for joining the Appian World Hackathon! You're officially registered now, and we’ll be sending you regular updates throughout the competition.
Here’s how to prepare yourself to build a business app on the Appian low-code platform. Remember: Submissions are due March 27, 2018, at 5pm ET.
- Request access to the Appian platform if you don’t have an account here using the Instant Access Token: AW18HACKATHON (Need admin access on your account? Request it on the resources tab.)
- Review the documentation. Familiarize yourself with the Appian platform and browse the documentation. This list of tutorials might be helpful, too.
- Optional: Form a team. Thinking about buddying up? Visit the participants page to find and meet teammates. You can see who else is looking for a teammate, check out what’s in their portfolio, and send them a message to connect. Consider signing up for the competition Slack channel, too, where you can also meet and chat with other hackers.
- Build or update your functioning application using the Appian low-code platform.
- Create submission materials. Shoot your demo video and share access to your app for judging and testing - here’s how.
- Submit your application on appian.devpost.com/ before the deadline!
